The European Commission adopted the new Vertical Block Exemption Regulation ('VBER'), accompanied by the new Vertical Guidelines. The new VBER can be downloaded (in the different languages) here. The Distribution Law Center is pleased to see that the final text of the VBER provides an answer to a number of the concerns (e.g. in relation to exclusive distribution, dual distribution and information exchange) that it has raised during the review process.
