Lars Hettstedt specialises in antitrust and distribution law. He advises on all aspects of German and EU antitrust law, in particular on mergers, cartel agreements, market dominance, distribution agreements, cooperation agreements and the enforcement of damages claims against cartel members. He designs compliance systems and has conducted numerous internal investigations into compliance incidents. He also specialises in EU state aid law, in particular advising companies and public institutions in relation to the receipt or granting of state aid as well as in investigations by the European Commission and in national and European court proceedings.
